Conclusion

Nikon has been recognized as the world’s leading camera manufacturer. One of the proofs is that the company has been supplying cameras for NASA since 1971. Nikon’s flagship digital SLR camera, the Nikon D3, has set a new standard when it was introduced a couple of years ago, and now the Nikon D3S sets the bar even higher. Capable of producing excellent image quality across an extremely wide range of sensitivity settings, the D3S performs so well in low-light photography, that landscape images taken with this camera in the dusk could be easily mistaken as daytime shots. Moreover, its doubled buffer memory also makes the D3S an excellent choice not only for low-light photographers but also for sports and action photographers. Overall, the D3S is everything a professional digital SLR camera should be.
